SECURITY DEPOSIT: From the day the key/keys are returned to our office RE/MAX of Sitka has 14 days to return your security deposit. If there is damage, cleaning, or back rent the cost will be taken from the security deposit and whatever is remaining will be returned to you along with a letter explaining any expences that were paid with the security deposit.
